The whole experience was relaxing. Ideal hotel, we really enjoyed the amazingly nice staff and new-fashioned room. The location was marvellous - near eateries and bars. Everything was great and within 20 minutes' drive of Watertown International airport.

I didn't feel safe in my initial room, as there was no security chain on the inside of the door, and it was infested with spiders. It was unacceptable that I had to pay $325 per night for such a disappointing experience.

The location is amazing! It's just a short walk to the beautiful harbor with fine views of sailboats. Adjusting the room temperature was a bit tricky. A pleasant stay 🛶

The king room had a private bathroom, air conditioning, a tv, and a kitchenette with kitchenware. Breakfast was minimal but included a Keurig coffee maker and basic items. The grounds were fine with a spacious gazebo overlooking the harbor and sailboats. Excellent nearby dining options made it convenient for meals.

We went on boat tours around the lake and enjoyed the fine scenery. This place has a lot of character and activities to keep everyone entertained. Plus, don't miss out on exploring the historical charm nearby.
Unfortunately, we had a hard time adjusting the room temperature, a bit uncomfortable at night.

The views from the gazebo were fine, and the nearby walking paths were perfect for evening strolls. After a long day, the clean and spacious room was just what I needed. The location is fantastic, with easy access to local shops and restaurants. I felt right at home .

The Queen Room was clean and had a nice table with two chairs. Air conditioning worked well. The continental breakfast had a Keurig coffee maker for quick coffee fixes. Room decor felt recently updated. Just a short walk from the harbor, nice, too!

Totally recommend for a whistle-stop
Lovely grounds, very clean accommodations, with air conditioning in our King Room, made our stay quite comfortable, and complimentary wi-fi that kept us connected .
Couldn't ask for more.

The hotel was clean with super-friendly and extremely friendly staff. the location was absolutely idyllic, around 10-15 minutes walk from Sackets Harbor Battlefield.
